Glimpse of my today’s diet so far of the day:
Break-fast: Un-baked white bread (5 Slices) with pickle and Haldiram namkeen along with tea.
Lunch: 1 samosa , 1 kachori along with Badam milk.
Can anyone reason it out that what I had was a healthy diet?
Some months back I loved cooking for myself but that’s not the case anymore. I can’t say have gone lethargic but it’s just that myself not enjoying the same to do this activity. Time is going by reading, chatting playing and last not the least with loads of office work. Apart from this just cook for myself also does not make me happy. Spend 2-3 hours and eat it in 5 minutes…… what a waste of energy. Food in the past was one of my top most priorities for my life. It’s still there but more for survival rather than taste. Thank God to giving me a wonderful digestive system.
So, why is this being written to all of my iland friends? Because am aware of what myself having is not good enough. Want to cook again something healthy and easy to cook which tastes different. So, jot down some of the quick nice DISH BLOGS which are easy to cook and does not consume much time. BTW, I am pure vegetarian. Don’t eat eggs and do no enjoy having plain milk and fruits.
